Dave Cat Pictures No.6 Lynx Lick

Finally got a workstation set up again in the new house, so here’s a Dave Cat pic to celebrate!

Seems fitting, went for the most amazing Sunday Roast at the Pony and Trap this afternoon – Omn nom nom… schlurp schlurp.

Dave Cat Pictures No.5 Dave Lynx

Still living in Box city from moving house = less blogging of late… so here’s a seasonal Dave Cat Pic to cheer a chilly November Monday!

A taste of what’s to come with an apparently Russian winter on the way. Enjoy!

Dave Cat Pictures No.1

I’ve already posted a few of these, but I think they’re worth their own little slot! Makes oi larf so they does…

Aww, look at him play! Rawr...fft fft!

I grew up with cats and got to know their personalities well. It rubbed off in my animation work as I loved drawing cats and enjoyed exploring the way they think and move (I got my first job at Aproductions essentially on the strength of a feline character animation test…). I had lots of fun taking silly photos of myself with a digi-cam and photoshopping my head on to images of cats – this is the result!

The Man from Del Cropley... he say Yes!

I created this in early 2000 on my 1st PC, a Pentium 3 500MHz beast utilising a cutting edge 1 Megapixel digital camera (which was the size of a small housebrick). Nearly 11 years later and the processor in my new phone is twice as powerful as that PC. Had loads of fun taking ridiculous pictures of myself and grafting them onto a composite of the apple tree in my then garden. Lets call it an homage to the crappy Del Monte Orange juice ads of yesteryear…

2 Large Cat-like Creatures seen Near Clifton Suspension Bridge

It appears there must be a breeding pair located somewhere between Somerset and Mid-Wales, possibly at the Hereford Border. Initial reports confirm one large adult and one kitten, apparently hunting cars on the Avon Portway…

Residents were in a state of confusion. Mr T. Bumberclutz, Clifton said “I was out oiling my gerbils when I looked back towards the wife Marjorie and saw these two Gert Stonkers, I almost dropped my Marsupial grease…” Fascinating.
